PVI 2025 Innovation Box: The EndoVx Project

EndoVx Consortium
EndoVx consortium is founded to deliver faster, patient-specific treatment of aortic aneurysms by integrating AI, digital simulation, physical modelling, and 3D printing. This solution optimizes the entire patient pathway, focusing on accuracy, safety, and truly personalized care at every stage of treatment.
This project is led by Marie Lannelongue Hospital (part of the Fondation HΓ΄pital Saint-Joseph) and directed by our renowned coordinator Prof. Stephan Haulon. During the PVI 2025, partners in EndoVx consortium came together to share their innovations with the vascular community.
As a member of the EndoVx consortium, we are proud to showcase the AI-powered clinical workflow for treating aortic aneurysms through our solutions.
iSizingβ Fully Automated Sizing & Planning Software

With the official launch of iSizing at PVI 2025, we aim to save planning time, increasing precision and reducing sizing variability for vascular surgeons when sizing for EVAR Intervention.
With iSizing, you getβ
- One-click automated diameter measurementsβeliminating time-consuming manual sizing for EVAR interventions.
- Fully automated segmentation of the aortic lumen, thrombus, and calcificationβsimply upload the CT scan, no indexing required.
- Plan with confidence by selecting the most appropriate stent graft directly from an integrated catalogue.
- Go beyond planningβbridge the gap to visualisation by interactively previewing main body and extension deployment directly on the patient-specific model.
Endoleak Risk Index(ERI)

In-addition to fully automated sizing, we have developed an Endoleak Risk Index (ERI) that allow you to assess preoperatively the risk of Type IA Endoleak thanks to AI-powered digital twin and visualise the stent-graft apposition with the Distance Colour Map.
Using ERI, you can now visually predict complication risk, compare scenarios, and confidently select the most appropriate stent graftβall prior to entering the operating room. This is the power of AI-driven Digital Twin technology, transforming EVAR planning from estimation to prediction.
